If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely
Place the item back in its original Jim Shore gift box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding.

Attach Label
Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the old label is covered.

Drop Off
Hand the package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
